Drain the tuna and stir it together with the cream cheese, chopped herbs, grated ginger, and lime juice.

Cut each pastry sheet in half. Fold the top of the half-circle down, add some filling on the left corner, and fold it across the pastry into triangles. Tuck in any extra edges.

Continue folding until all the ingredients are used up.

Brush the folded samosas with melted butter, then bake in a static oven at 210°C for 10-15 minutes.
