Samoussas thon Saint-Môret (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the filling

01 - 200 g of tuna in extra virgin olive oil
02 - 150 g of cream cheese (like Saint-Môret)
03 - About 10 sprigs of chives
04 - A sprinkle of dill
05 - A handful of parsley
06 - 5 g of fresh ginger
07 - Juice from ½ lime

→ For assembly

08 - 8 sheets of brick pastry
09 - 10 g of melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Drain the tuna and stir it together with the cream cheese, chopped herbs, grated ginger, and lime juice.
02 - Cut each pastry sheet in half. Fold the top of the half-circle down, add some filling on the left corner, and fold it across the pastry into triangles. Tuck in any extra edges.
03 - Continue folding until all the ingredients are used up.
04 - Brush the folded samosas with melted butter, then bake in a static oven at 210°C for 10-15 minutes.
