Strawberry Gelée Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the strawberry jelly layer

01 - 1 cup of cold water
02 - 1 pack of strawberry-flavored gelatin (about 85g)
03 - 1 cup of hot water

→ For the creamy layer (optional)

04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - 1 tbsp powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the strawberry gelatin with the hot water in a bowl. Mix well until it completely dissolves. Then pour in the cold water and stir again. Fill your dessert glasses halfway with this mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.
02 - While the jelly firms up, whip the heavy cream along with the vanilla and powdered sugar until it holds its shape. Once the jelly sets, gently spoon this whipped cream on top.
03 - Prepare another batch of strawberry jelly the same way as before. Carefully pour it over the cream layer. Chill the glasses in the fridge for around 2 hours so everything firms up nicely.
04 - If you’d like, add some fresh strawberries or mint leaves on top of your desserts before serving. It makes them look extra inviting!

# Notes:

01 - It’s best to prep this dessert a day ahead so it sets perfectly.
02 - For more flavor, layer some fresh fruit between the jelly and cream.
