Soft blinis for snacking (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 45 g of whole milk
02 - ½ packet of baking powder
03 - 95 g of heavy cream, 30% fat content
04 - 1 egg
05 - 95 g of all-purpose flour, T45 type
06 - A pinch of fine salt
07 - A touch of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine everything in a bowl, then whisk it well to get rid of any lumps.
02 - Cover the bowl with a cloth and rest it for half an hour.
03 - Lightly brush the pan with some oil and heat it over medium-high heat.
04 - Spoon the batter into the pan. Flip them once bubbles show up on top.
05 - Add more oil after cooking each batch. Keep going until all the batter's gone.
