Smoked salmon glass (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240g smoked salmon
02 - ½ lemon
03 - 80g heavy cream (30% fat)
04 - 5g chives
05 - 70g cream cheese (like Saint Môret)
06 - A little black pepper
07 - 3g dill

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the smoked salmon into tiny bits, then set it aside for later.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, heavy cream, and some black pepper.
03 - Slice up the dill and chives, then mix them in. Layer the cream and salmon into glasses, and finish with a few drops of lemon juice on top.
