01 -
Turn on the oven to 180°C for regular heat or 160°C for fan mode. Line the bottom of a springform pan (26cm) with baking paper and grease the sides well.
02 -
Dice the ham and salami. Chop the mushrooms into small bits. Grate both the Parmesan and Gouda cheeses to keep them fresh.
03 -
In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, Italian herbs, salt, and a pinch of pepper until you get a smooth batter. Use an electric whisk or mixer if you'd like it super smooth.
04 -
With a wooden spoon, gently stir the grated Gouda and Parmesan into the batter. Mix in the chopped mushrooms, ham, and salami cubes. Combine everything so the ingredients are evenly spread.
05 -
Pour the batter evenly into your prepared springform pan. Bake on the middle oven rack for 35–40 minutes until it turns golden on top.
06 -
Before removing the pan's sides, slide a knife between the edge and the pan. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before enjoying.
