# Ingredients:

01 - 125 g of warm water
02 - 250 g of flour
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 10 g fresh baker’s yeast or 4 g dry yeast
06 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the flour, salt, and sugar together in a stand mixer bowl or a big bowl by hand.
02 - Crumble the yeast into a small bowl, pour in the warm water, and wait 3 minutes.
03 - Pour the yeast mix into the flour combo. Add the olive oil and knead until it's smooth.
04 - Cover the dough with a clean, dry kitchen towel and leave it in a warm spot for about 90 minutes until it’s doubled in size.
05 - Lightly flour your work area. Split the dough into 10 pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 more minutes.
06 - Set your oven to 230°C and let it preheat.
07 - Roll each ball flat to about 4 mm thick, place them on parchment paper, and bake for 2 minutes. Flip them and bake another 5 minutes.
