Combine the flour, salt, and sugar together in a stand mixer bowl or a big bowl by hand.

Crumble the yeast into a small bowl, pour in the warm water, and wait 3 minutes.

Pour the yeast mix into the flour combo. Add the olive oil and knead until it's smooth.

Cover the dough with a clean, dry kitchen towel and leave it in a warm spot for about 90 minutes until it’s doubled in size.

Lightly flour your work area. Split the dough into 10 pieces, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 more minutes.

Set your oven to 230°C and let it preheat.

Roll each ball flat to about 4 mm thick, place them on parchment paper, and bake for 2 minutes. Flip them and bake another 5 minutes.
