Homemade crunchy mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 200g of your favorite nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)
02 - 400g of mixed flakes (roasted buckwheat, rice, or oats)

→ Caramel

03 - 1 pinch of salt for balance
04 - 2 tablespoons of light sugar
05 - 6 tablespoons of agave syrup
06 - 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
07 - 4 tablespoons of almond butter

→ Optional

08 - Chopped dried fruit you enjoy (raisins, mango, goji berries)
09 - A spoonful of ground cinnamon
10 - Chocolate chips (at least 80% dark), 100g if desired
11 - Assorted seeds (sunflower, chia, sesame, pumpkin)
12 - Unsweetened shredded coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 150°C and let it warm up.
02 - In a large bowl, toss together everything from the base and any extras you like (but not the chocolate yet).
03 - Heat the coconut oil till it melts, then stir in the other caramel ingredients. Pour this over the dry mix and coat it well.
04 - Spread the mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 25 minutes at 150°C.
05 - Stir the mix, then bake for another 25 minutes. Let it cool down completely after.
06 - Once it’s cooled, stir in the chocolate chips if you like. Store it in an airtight jar.
