Toss everything into a bowl, including softened or melted butter.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes, let it sit 30 minutes, then knead it again for another 10 minutes.

Shape the dough into a log or split it into three equal portions, then place them in a wide loaf pan.

Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour, then bake at 170°C for around 40 minutes.
