Homemade soft bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 330 ml oat milk or any other plant-based or regular milk
02 - 450 g whole wheat flour (T80)
03 - 40 ml olive oil, unsweetened applesauce, nut butter, or regular butter
04 - 5 g instant dry yeast
05 - 5 g salt
06 - 15 g unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a bowl, including softened or melted butter.
02 - Knead the dough for 10 minutes, let it sit 30 minutes, then knead it again for another 10 minutes.
03 - Shape the dough into a log or split it into three equal portions, then place them in a wide loaf pan.
04 - Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour, then bake at 170°C for around 40 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Made without white flour, this is a softer-style bread.
02 - Total resting time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
