Nutella Tiramisu No Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250 g of soft cheese mascarpone
02 - 200 ml of cold full-fat liquid cream
03 - 60 g of powdered sugar
04 - 100 g of hazelnut spread
05 - 12 to 15 ladyfinger cookies (or speculoos)
06 - 10 cl of strong coffee (or chocolate milk for kids)
07 - Unsweetened cocoa powder for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mix. Slightly warm up the hazelnut spread to make it runnier, then add it in small amounts to the cream. Stir softly for either a marble effect or mix thoroughly for a uniform look.
02 - Quickly dip the cookies in coffee or chocolate milk. Put a layer of soaked cookies at the bottom of your glasses or dish. Top with a layer of hazelnut cream. Do another round of both layers.
03 - Smooth the top surface, cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight works best). Just before serving, dust the top generously with cocoa powder.

# Notes:

01 - Want something extra indulgent? Try adding crushed hazelnuts between layers.
02 - For kids, swap coffee with vanilla-flavored milk or hot chocolate.
03 - You can make this in one big dish or as single servings.
