Warm up the milk using a small pot or your microwave. Stop before it starts boiling, just heat it until it’s warm.

Set your oven to 180°C and prep a muffin tray with paper liners.

In a big bowl, whisk the eggs well. Stir in the flour, baking powder, some salt, and pepper. Keep whisking while you gradually pour in the olive oil, the honey, and the warm milk.

Gently fold in the basil, goat cheese, walnuts, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes into the mix.
