# Ingredients:

→ Ingredients

01 - A pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
02 - 200g of sliced cooked ham
03 - 1 sheet of puff pastry (about 275g)
04 - 2 whole eggs
05 - 100g of cream cheese
06 - 150g of shredded cheese (like Emmental or Comté)
07 - Some freshly chopped chives

# Instructions:

01 - Roll the puff pastry out on a flat surface and cut it into 12 pieces of roughly equal size. Gently press each piece into the bottom of a muffin tin cavity. Tuck in any edges sticking out and press down to snugly fit the dough.
02 - Using a whisk, stir the eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Chop the ham into small pieces, then toss it into the mix along with the shredded cheese.
03 - Spoon a generous amount of the mixture into each muffin tin cavity, making sure you distribute the filling evenly.
04 - Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C with fan mode for about 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Once done, carefully take them out of the tin and set them on a cooling rack to cool slightly.
05 - These savory little muffins can be eaten warm or cold. Add a touch of fresh chives on top if you want to dress them up.

# Notes:

01 - Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or a casual appetizer with friends.
02 - Tastes great either warm from the oven or chilled, and keeps well for 2-3 days in the fridge.
03 - Freezer-friendly and easy to defrost when needed.
