01 - 450g lean ground beef

03 - 120ml sour cream
04 - 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
05 - 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
06 - 1/2 cup diced white onions
07 - 1 packet taco seasoning
08 - 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
09 - 4 flour tortillas
10 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, cooking until vegetables soften. Stir in taco seasoning until well combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine queso dip with drained diced tomatoes and chilies.
04 - Spread cheese mixture on each tortilla, then layer with seasoned beef mixture, sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded lettuce. Fold into wraps.
05 - Return wrapped tortillas to skillet and heat until exterior becomes crisp. Serve immediately.
