12-Spoon Vanilla Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 tablespoons of oil (sunflower preferred)
02 - 12 tablespoons of room-temp milk
03 - A packet of baking powder
04 - 12 tablespoons of sugar
05 - A vanilla pod
06 - 3 eggs
07 - 12 tablespoons of flour

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it warm up.
02 - Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, toss in the sugar, and beat it all together with an electric whisk until it’s puffy and light-colored.
03 - Slowly pour in the milk and oil while whisking gently.
04 - Sift the flour into the bowl and whisk faster until it’s totally smooth.
05 - Slice the vanilla pod open lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and stir them into the mixture for a flavor boost.
06 - Pour the mixture into a round cake pan. Bake for about 40 minutes. To see if it’s done, stick a knife in and check: clean knife means it’s ready.

# Notes:

01 - A toothpick works great too for checking if it’s baked.
02 - The vanilla is optional but makes it taste even better.
