Vanilla paste easy (Print Version)

01 - 100 ml water
02 - 4 vanilla pods
03 - 75 grams fine sugar
04 - 2 tablespoons glucose syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Slice open the vanilla pods the long way and scrape the insides. Toss the inner bits into a small pan.
02 - Using a blender or food processor, grind the emptied pods with the sugar until powdery. A little texture is fine.
03 - Combine the blended vanilla-sugar mix, water, and glucose syrup with the vanilla insides in the pan. Let it boil, then simmer gently for around 7 to 8 minutes.
04 - Cool the mix slightly, then blend until smooth. Spoon the vanilla paste into a clean jar. For an ultra-smooth texture, strain it before storing.

# Notes:

01 - You can stick to just used vanilla pods if needed. Use about 5 or 6 based on their size.
02 - Stored in a sealed jar in a dark spot, this vanilla paste will last for at least a year.
03 - Homemade vanilla paste is a great way to elevate desserts, baked treats, and sweets of all kinds.
