Tuna Pasta Herbs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the pasta salad

01 - A handful of cherry tomatoes
02 - 1 small red onion sliced thinly
03 - 1 large can of tuna in water, drained and flaked
04 - Olives, green and kalamata
05 - 500g of tri-color fusilli or any pasta you like

→ For the herb dressing

06 - 1 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary
07 - 60ml fresh lemon juice
08 - A pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
09 - 1 clove of garlic, minced
10 - 125ml olive oil
11 - 1 tablespoon thyme, freshly chopped
12 - 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a big pot of salted water to boil. Toss in your pasta and cook it following what the package says (8–12 minutes). Don't overdo it. Drain and give it a quick rinse.
02 - While the pasta's cooking, stir all the dressing ingredients together in a big mixing bowl.
03 - Mix the cooked pasta, tomatoes, tuna, onion, and olives with the dressing. Stir gently to combine.
