Authentic Lebanese Tabbouleh (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 firm tomatoes
02 - 1 small bunch of fresh mint leaves
03 - 2 bunches of flat-leaf parsley
04 - 3 tablespoons of fine bulgur
05 - 4 green onions or 1 small red onion

→ Seasoning

06 - Juice from one lemon (or to taste)
07 - Olive oil
08 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the bulgur in a sieve using cold water, drain it well, and set it aside to dry while you prepare the rest.
02 - Dice the tomatoes into small cubes, finely slice the green onions, and chop the parsley and mint leaves into tiny pieces.
03 - In a large bowl, toss together the chopped vegetables, herbs, and bulgur until well combined.
04 - Drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle some salt, and gently stir everything together.
05 - Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Enjoy it with pita bread, lettuce leaves, or alongside grilled dishes.

# Notes:

01 - For a twist, swap the parsley with cilantro or mix both.
02 - Thinly sliced cucumbers can make it extra refreshing.
03 - You could use cooked quinoa or couscous instead of bulgur.
