01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 300 ml cold milk
03 - 4 slightly stale brioche rolls
04 - Butter for cooking

05 - Powdered sugar for dusting
06 - Granulated sugar for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the brioche rolls into thick pieces.
02 - Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl until the texture is smooth.
03 - Dip the bread pieces into the egg-milk mixture, making sure they’re evenly soaked but not soggy.
04 - Set a large skillet over medium heat and toss in a healthy chunk of butter.
05 - Once the butter is melted and bubbly, place the soaked bread in the skillet. Let each piece cook 2–3 minutes per side until they’re crisp and golden.
06 - Lift the bread from the pan and lay them on a plate. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and powdered sugar as much as you like.
07 - Enjoy your slices while hot with maple syrup, some fresh fruits, or even a scoop of ice cream for extra indulgence.
