Zucchini with three cheeses (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
04 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
07 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
08 - A pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 1/2 cup thick sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Slice the zucchinis thin and toss them in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top, sprinkle with thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Give it all a good mix.
03 - Spread the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer inside a greased baking dish.
04 - Drizzle the sour cream over the zucchini slices evenly.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and goat cheese all over the top.
06 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheeses turn golden and melty.
07 - Take it out of the oven and let it rest a bit before you dig in.
