# Ingredients:

→ Classic Dressing

01 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
03 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 pinch salt
05 - 1 pinch pepper

→ Honey & Mustard Dressing

06 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon mustard
09 - 1 teaspoon honey
10 - 1 pinch salt
11 - 1 pinch pepper

→ Lemon & Herb Dressing

12 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
13 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
14 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or chives
15 - 1 teaspoon mild mustard
16 - 1 pinch salt
17 - 1 pinch pepper

→ Asian Sesame Dressing

18 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
19 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
20 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
21 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
22 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

→ Yogurt Dressing

23 - 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
24 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
25 - 1 teaspoon mustard
26 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
27 - 1 pinch salt
28 - 1 pinch pepper
29 - Fresh herbs (chives, dill)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mustard and vinegar in a bowl. Slowly pour in oil while whisking to blend everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
02 - Combine mustard, honey and vinegar in a bowl. While whisking, gradually add oil until well mixed. Sprinkle salt and pepper as you like.
03 - Stir lemon juice and mustard together. Drizzle in oil while whisking until everything's nicely blended. Mix in your chopped herbs and season to taste.
04 - Throw all ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until everything's completely mixed.
05 - Blend yogurt, mustard and lemon juice together. Add oil and whisk until smooth. Finish with salt, pepper and your fresh herbs.

# Notes:

01 - Always mix well: Put oil in last and whisk thoroughly for a smooth texture.
02 - Try new things! Toss in some spices, citrus zest or blended fruits like mango or raspberry.
03 - Storage tip: Homemade dressings stay good for 3-5 days in the fridge when kept in an airtight jar.
