Fresh Strawberry Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Ingredients

01 - 100g oat cookies with a chocolate base
02 - 250-300g small strawberries (smaller ones work best)
03 - 2 packs of vanilla sugar
04 - 250g plain yogurt (3.5% fat)
05 - 250g low-fat quark (or Skyr if preferred)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, quark (or Skyr), and the second packet of vanilla sugar until it’s creamy. Spoon this yogurt mixture on top of the cookie crumbs in the glasses.
02 - Wash the strawberries well. Keep two with the stem intact and slice them in half for decoration. For the rest, remove the tops and chop them up into smaller pieces (quarters or smaller). Toss the pieces in one packet of vanilla sugar and let them sit for a bit.
03 - Break the oat cookies into fine crumbs. Use either a rolling pin and a freezer bag or a blender for this. Place the crumbs evenly in the bottom of your serving glasses and press them down lightly.
04 - Add the sweetened strawberry chunks on top of the yogurt layer. Finish by decorating with the halved strawberries you saved earlier. Pop the glasses in the fridge until you’re ready to eat. Tastes best if enjoyed soon after making it!

# Notes:

01 - This fresh and fruity treat comes together super quickly and is ideal for warm summer days.
02 - No oat cookies on hand? Try shortbread or amaretti cookies instead.
03 - If strawberries aren’t available, swap them out for raspberries, blueberries, or any red fruit mix.
