Warm up your oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Grease your loaf pan with butter and dust with flour, or line it with parchment paper.

Gently warm the honey until it's runny. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt and spices in a bowl. Pour in the warm honey and milk, then stir until you've got a smooth mixture.

Pour your batter into the pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Stick a knife in the middle to check if it's done - the knife should come out clean.

Let it cool a bit before taking it out of the pan. For the best taste, wait a full day before eating so the flavors can really blend together.
