Spiced Granola Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Granola

01 - 1 cup of mixed nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, almonds), chopped up
02 - 3 cups of rolled oats
03 - ½ cup of seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
04 - ¼ teaspoon of ground sea salt
05 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
06 - ½ teaspoon of ground cloves
07 - 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
08 - ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
09 - ¼ cup of maple syrup or honey
10 - 1 cup of dried fruit (apricots, raisins, or cranberries) - optional
11 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
12 - 3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a big mixing bowl, toss together oats, nuts, seeds, and all the spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt).
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together your melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla. Pour this over the dry mix and stir it all up so everything's evenly coated.
03 - Spread the mixture across the prepared sheet and pop it in the preheated oven. Let it bake for around 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until it looks golden and smells great.
04 - Pull the granola out and let it cool totally on the baking sheet. When it’s cool, you can toss in any dried fruit you like.

# Notes:

01 - Oats are a great source of fiber and help keep your energy steady.
02 - The spices give it that cozy gingerbread vibe, perfect for colder months.
