Throw the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl, and beat them for a couple of minutes until creamy. Toss in the milk, baking powder, melted butter, and flour, and stir until smooth.

Pop the finished mixture into the fridge for about 10 minutes. This gives it time to thicken up slightly.

Heat up your waffle iron and give it a little oil to keep things from sticking. Pour some batter inside and cook one waffle at a time for around 1.5 to 2 minutes. Keep them soft and don’t let them get too crunchy.
