Light and fluffy waffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Waffle Batter

01 - 250 g of flour
02 - 110 g of sugar
03 - 2 eggs
04 - 250 ml of milk
05 - 1/2 packet of baking powder
06 - 2 packets of vanilla sugar
07 - 125 g of melted butter

→ Toppings (choose your favorite)

08 - Melted chocolate
09 - Icing sugar
10 - Sugar mixed with cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl, and beat them for a couple of minutes until creamy. Toss in the milk, baking powder, melted butter, and flour, and stir until smooth.
02 - Pop the finished mixture into the fridge for about 10 minutes. This gives it time to thicken up slightly.
03 - Heat up your waffle iron and give it a little oil to keep things from sticking. Pour some batter inside and cook one waffle at a time for around 1.5 to 2 minutes. Keep them soft and don’t let them get too crunchy.
04 - Top your waffles with whatever you like—dust them with icing sugar, drizzle some melted chocolate, or sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - These light, fluffy waffles can be spruced up in countless ways—try making waffle sticks, stuffed ones, or just keep it classic with icing sugar.
02 - They’re best when eaten right away while warm, but you can whip them up in advance and reheat later.
03 - Timing is key for soft waffles. Overcooking might leave them crispy instead of soft and airy.
