Tender lamb with honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lamb and Seasoning

01 - Bone-in lamb shoulder
02 - Olive oil
03 - Fresh thyme
04 - Garlic
05 - Fresh rosemary
06 - Honey
07 - Chicken stock
08 - Black pepper
09 - Onion
10 - Salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 320°F. Rub the lamb all over with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of rosemary and thyme.
02 - Heat a heavy pot. Brown the lamb on every side for about 5-7 minutes till it gets a nice golden crust. Take it out and keep it aside.
03 - Using the same pot, sauté the onion till soft. Stir in honey and the chicken broth, then place the lamb back in.
04 - Cover it up and bake for 3-4 hours. Check now and then, spooning the juices over the meat until it's falling-apart tender.
05 - Let the lamb sit for 10 minutes before cutting into it. Serve with the cooking juices poured on top.
