Veggie-filled savory waffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies

01 - Potatoes - 150 g
02 - Zucchini - 150 g

→ Making the batter

03 - Grated cheese - 40 g
04 - Oil (olive) - 2 tablespoons
05 - Egg - 1 whole
06 - Parsley - 1/2 bunch
07 - Flour - 60 g
08 - Milk - 10 cl
09 - Mozzarella - 1 ball

# Instructions:

01 - Shred the zucchini and potatoes, wrap them in a cloth, and squeeze out the liquid.
02 - Mix the flour, grated cheese, egg, chopped parsley, milk, and olive oil in a large bowl.
03 - Warm up a greased waffle mold.
04 - Scoop two spoonfuls of batter onto the mold, place a mozzarella slice on top, and cover with more batter. Close it up and cook for around 5–7 minutes.
05 - Enjoy warm! Add some tomato sauce if that's your thing.
