Sautés calamars persil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Squid

01 - 450g of fresh squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - A pinch of salt and pepper, to your liking
05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ For the Parsley

06 - 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic and cook it for about a minute until it smells amazing.
03 - Put the squid rings into the pan and cook them for 3–4 minutes, just until they're no longer translucent and nice and tender.
04 - Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper, add the lemon juice for a zesty kick, and give it all a quick stir.
05 - Take the pan off the heat and toss in the chopped parsley.
06 - Move the squid to a serving dish and top with more parsley if you feel like it.
