Heat up the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Toss in the minced garlic and cook it for about a minute until it smells amazing.

Put the squid rings into the pan and cook them for 3–4 minutes, just until they're no longer translucent and nice and tender.

Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper, add the lemon juice for a zesty kick, and give it all a quick stir.

Take the pan off the heat and toss in the chopped parsley.

Move the squid to a serving dish and top with more parsley if you feel like it.
