Sauteed Oyster Mushrooms (Print Version)

01 - 14 oz oyster mushrooms
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf or curly parsley
04 - 1 shallot, minced
05 - 1 clove garlic, crushed
06 - Salt and pepper
07 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Let them cook for another 2–3 minutes, stir in the parsley at the end, season to taste, and serve warm. You can pair it with whatever you feel like!
02 - Heat up the butter and olive oil in your pan over medium heat. Toss in the mushrooms and gently stir them while they cook. Once they've browned, mix in the minced shallot and crushed garlic.
03 - Chop up your parsley, mince the shallot, and crush the garlic so they're all set to go.
04 - Trim the stem ends off the mushrooms and clean them with a kitchen brush. Cut them into evenly sized pieces or slices.

01 - Oyster mushrooms have a mild, earthy flavor.
02 - You can enjoy this as a side dish or starter on bread.
