# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon Bites

01 - 500g of skinless, boneless fresh salmon fillet
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Garlic Honey Glaze

04 - 2 tablespoons of honey
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (make sure it’s halal-friendly)
06 - 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
07 - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional for extra zing)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the salmon into small, bite-sized chunks (about 2 inches across).
02 - Drizzle the salmon chunks with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice (if using). Mix until smooth and even.
04 - Place a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and pour in a little olive oil.
05 - Drop the salmon chunks into the heated pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until they’re golden and cooked through.
06 - Turn the heat to low. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon, stirring gently to coat every piece.
07 - Arrange the glazed salmon bites on a serving platter. Enjoy them warm as snacks or appetizers.

# Notes:

01 - Serve them on toothpicks for easy grabbing during parties.
02 - They can be made beforehand and reheated slightly when ready to eat.
