Salmon goat wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tortillas
02 - 165 g fresh goat cheese or any other soft cheese
03 - 50 g mixed greens, your choice
04 - 50 g sundried tomatoes or tzatziki
05 - 65 g smoked salmon or smoked trout
06 - ginger
07 - cardamom
08 - dill

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the goat cheese into a bowl, then stir in your spices and herbs to season it up.
02 - Fold the tortilla up nice and snug, then toast it in a skillet until golden.
03 - Spread the goat cheese on the tortilla, layer with sundried tomatoes (over the cheese), smoked fish, and salad in separate quarters.
