Salmon Cucumber Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the burger

01 - 60 g of cucumber
02 - 100 g of smoked salmon
03 - A handful of fresh mint leaves
04 - 100 g of fresh goat cheese
05 - 4 organic or homemade buns
06 - Your choice of salad greens

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the buns in your oven following the package directions. Once they're heated, slice them in half and spread fresh goat cheese on them.
02 - Layer the cucumber slices (peeled first) and smoked salmon on top of the cheese. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over that, and toss in the greens you like.
03 - Close the buns and dig in right away!

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the goat cheese for any other soft fresh cheese.
02 - Feel free to use thinly sliced raw salmon or tuna instead of smoked salmon.
