Fresh Salmon Avocado (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 avocado
02 - 140 g of raw salmon, no skin

→ Seasoning

03 - 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
05 - 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives

→ Topping

07 - 1 teaspoon of fried onions
08 - 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
09 - 2 teaspoons of salmon roe
10 - 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the avocado into small cubes. Place them into two 8 cm molds. To stop it from browning, drizzle ½ tablespoon of lemon juice on each portion.
02 - Cut the salmon into little cubes. Mix it with olive oil, the rest of the lemon juice, along with the finely chopped chives and cilantro. Spread this on top of the avocado in the molds.
03 - Sprinkle on the fried onions, salmon roe, lemon zest, and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy every bite!

# Notes:

01 - Don’t make this too far in advance because the avocado will darken and the salmon might start to cook from the lemon.
02 - Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
