Turn on your oven and get it to 180°C.

Line a big baking tray with parchment paper so nothing sticks.

Slice the pita breads into two thinner layers, then cut each layer into 6 small triangles. Spread them out on your lined baking tray.

Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and whatever spices you love in a bowl. Use a brush to coat each pita triangle with this mix.

Pop the tray into the oven and bake for about 5–10 minutes, depending on how crisp you like them. Keep an eye on them while they bake.

Let the pita chips cool down a bit or completely before digging in. Pair with hummus or guacamole for dipping.
