Crunchy pita chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Breads and Seasonings

01 - 4 pita breads
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - Salt and freshly ground pepper
04 - Garlic powder or granules
05 - Assorted spices like zaatar, chili, paprika, etc.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and get it to 180°C.
02 - Line a big baking tray with parchment paper so nothing sticks.
03 - Slice the pita breads into two thinner layers, then cut each layer into 6 small triangles. Spread them out on your lined baking tray.
04 - Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and whatever spices you love in a bowl. Use a brush to coat each pita triangle with this mix.
05 - Pop the tray into the oven and bake for about 5–10 minutes, depending on how crisp you like them. Keep an eye on them while they bake.
06 - Let the pita chips cool down a bit or completely before digging in. Pair with hummus or guacamole for dipping.
