Pink Chocolate Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 170 g of pink Candy Melts (sweet coating)
02 - 8-10 medium-sized strawberries
03 - Coconut oil (optional for thinning chocolate)

→ Toppings

04 - Colorful sprinkles or pearls of your choice

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the pink Candy Melts into a small bowl or cup that's fine for a microwave. Heat them for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 20-second bursts, stirring in between. Keep doing this until smooth and fully melted—usually no more than 3-4 rounds.
02 - Thoroughly wash your strawberries, then let them dry completely. This step is key so the chocolate sticks properly.
03 - Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip it into the melted chocolate, going as high up as you like—I personally go about three-quarters up. Gently shake to remove extra chocolate, then give it 10 seconds to settle.
04 - Place your dipped strawberries on parchment paper or a non-stick surface and leave them be. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your decorations over the top. If you’re adding a drizzle of extra chocolate, wait for the first layer to harden fully before doing so.
05 - Allow the chocolate to completely harden on the strawberries—around 15 minutes. Once they’re ready, store them in an airtight container or in the fridge. They’ll stay good for up to two days.

# Notes:

01 - These pink chocolate-covered strawberries are so pretty, it’s almost a shame to eat them! They’re perfect for Valentine’s Day, a baby shower, or even a bachelorette party.
02 - You can switch up the decorations with different colors or designs to match your party theme.
03 - Candy Melts make a super-smooth coating, which is great for dipping fruits easily.
04 - Have fun experimenting with various toppings or colorful chocolates. Chocolate strawberries work for every occasion!
