01 -
Pour the pink Candy Melts into a small bowl or cup that's fine for a microwave. Heat them for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 20-second bursts, stirring in between. Keep doing this until smooth and fully melted—usually no more than 3-4 rounds.
02 -
Thoroughly wash your strawberries, then let them dry completely. This step is key so the chocolate sticks properly.
03 -
Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip it into the melted chocolate, going as high up as you like—I personally go about three-quarters up. Gently shake to remove extra chocolate, then give it 10 seconds to settle.
04 -
Place your dipped strawberries on parchment paper or a non-stick surface and leave them be. While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle your decorations over the top. If you’re adding a drizzle of extra chocolate, wait for the first layer to harden fully before doing so.
05 -
Allow the chocolate to completely harden on the strawberries—around 15 minutes. Once they’re ready, store them in an airtight container or in the fridge. They’ll stay good for up to two days.
