Pesto tomato pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 g salt
02 - 3 g instant yeast
03 - 5 ml olive oil
04 - 70 ml water
05 - 125 g whole wheat flour

→ Toppings (use as you like)

06 - fresh cheese like St Moret
07 - shredded parmesan
08 - cherry tomatoes
09 - herbes de Provence
10 - pine nuts
11 - olive oil
12 - grated gruyere

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the warm water and the yeast. Then mix in the flour, olive oil, and salt. Stir it together, knead well, and let it rest for an hour and a half.
02 - Roll out your dough, then spread the fresh cheese and gruyere as a base. Top it off with cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, pesto, herbs, some olive oil, and olives.
03 - Bake at 230°C for 10 minutes. Serve it up with a side of salad and enjoy!
