Combine the warm water and the yeast. Then mix in the flour, olive oil, and salt. Stir it together, knead well, and let it rest for an hour and a half.

Roll out your dough, then spread the fresh cheese and gruyere as a base. Top it off with cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, pesto, herbs, some olive oil, and olives.
