Combine the biscuit crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan, then chill it in the fridge.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in the powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice until it's fully combined.

Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, carefully fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the creamy filling over the chilled base in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula, then lay orange slices on top as decoration. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Carefully remove the springform pan edges before serving. Add a few orange slices and a dollop of whipped cream on top for garnish. Slice into portions and enjoy.
