02 - 150g crushed Digestive or shortbread biscuits
03 - 50g sugar

04 - 30g powdered sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 600g cream cheese at room temperature
07 - 1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
08 - 240ml heavy cream
09 - 120ml freshly squeezed orange juice

→ Toppings

10 - A few thin slices of fresh orange
11 - Extra whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the biscuit crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan, then chill it in the fridge.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in the powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice until it's fully combined.
03 - Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, carefully fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
04 - Spread the creamy filling over the chilled base in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula, then lay orange slices on top as decoration. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
05 - Carefully remove the springform pan edges before serving. Add a few orange slices and a dollop of whipped cream on top for garnish. Slice into portions and enjoy.
