Moroccan Strawberry Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the salad

01 - 2 cups of hulled and sliced fresh strawberries
02 - 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
03 - 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds (optional)

→ For the dressing

04 - 1 tablespoon of honey
05 - 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Remove stems from strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a big mixing bowl.
02 - Chop up the fresh mint leaves and toss them into the bowl with your strawberries.
03 - If you're using almonds, chop them up and scatter them over your salad.
04 - Take a small bowl and mix the honey, orange blossom water, ground cinnamon and fresh lemon juice until everything's well combined.
05 - Pour your dressing over the strawberry mixture and gently stir to coat everything nicely.
06 - For the best taste, pop the salad in the fridge for about 10 minutes before you serve it.
