Mozzarella Pesto Toast (Print Version)

01 - 8 slices of sandwich bread
02 - 150 g of chicken ham
03 - 150 g of sliced mozzarella
04 - 50 g of grated parmesan
05 - 4 chopped sun-dried tomatoes
06 - 2 tablespoons of pesto
07 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
08 - 1 minced garlic clove
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the pesto, olive oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl. This will add a boost of flavor to your sandwiches. Preheat the oven to 200°C for baking or heat up a pan on medium if you'd rather cook them there.
02 - Spread the pesto blend on one side of each bread slice. Lay chicken ham on four of the slices, then add mozzarella and sprinkle with those chopped sun-dried tomatoes for a Mediterranean kick.
03 - Top everything with a generous handful of grated parmesan for that extra savory hit. Place the other slices of bread, pesto-side down, to close the sandwiches and seal the flavors in.
04 - Pop the sandwiches in a hot pan and toast for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides until golden and gooey inside. Or stick them in the oven for about 10 minutes until the top turns crisp and golden.
