Combine honey, mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Cook chicken pieces in olive oil until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Pour in the marinade and cook gently for 10 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken often.

Turn up the heat to reduce and thicken the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley or sesame seeds before serving.
