Easy homemade pizza dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500 g of T55 flour
02 - 1 teaspoon of olive oil
03 - 1 pinch of sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
05 - 25 cl of water
06 - 10 g of fresh baker's yeast or half a sachet of dry yeast

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the flour into a mixing bowl, make a little hollow in the middle, and toss in the water, the salt, and a pinch of sugar.
02 - Stir everything together with a spatula, then add the olive oil.
03 - Sprinkle in crumbled fresh yeast or rehydrated dry yeast and start kneading it all together.
04 - Keep kneading until the dough feels smooth and stops sticking to the sides of the bowl, which usually takes about 10 minutes.
05 - Shape the dough into a ball, put it in a lightly floured and oiled bowl, cover it with a cloth, and leave it in a warm spot for 1 to 2 hours. It should double in size.
06 - Roll the dough out, move it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and let it sit for another 15 minutes.
07 - Bake it in a preheated oven at about 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your toppings.

# Notes:

01 - If you have a stand mixer, it'll save time and make kneading easier.
