02 - 300 ml whole milk or your favorite plant-based milk
03 - 10 g coconut sugar, brown sugar, or muscovado
04 - Whipped cream (plain or vanilla) or heavy cream
# Instructions:
01 - Chop the chocolate coarsely with a knife. Heat the milk in a pot until it starts to simmer, then stir in the chocolate chunks.
02 - Keep stirring until the chocolate completely melts. Toss in the coconut sugar, then turn off the heat.
03 - Pour the hot chocolate into your mug, then top it off with whipped cream. Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top and enjoy it right away.

02 - For whipped cream, you can use heavy cream for making whipped cream with a hint of vanilla (from extract, vanilla bean, or powder) and some coconut or brown sugar. Or, mascarpone whipped cream is a speedy option for lazy days!
