Chocolate-covered strawberries (Print Version)

01 - Fresh strawberries with stems; organic if possible
02 - Dark or white chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Spread the strawberries out on a clean towel or paper towels. Gently pat them with another towel to make sure they’re totally dry.
02 - Rinse the strawberries under running water in a colander for about 20 seconds. Shake off the excess water.
03 - Grab the stem of each strawberry and dip it into the melted chocolate. Set them on a sheet lined with parchment.
04 - Leave the strawberries out to let the chocolate harden, or pop them in the fridge for around 20 minutes.
05 - Chop the chocolate into pieces about an inch wide. Melt it in the microwave or in a bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
