Spread the strawberries out on a clean towel or paper towels. Gently pat them with another towel to make sure they’re totally dry.

Rinse the strawberries under running water in a colander for about 20 seconds. Shake off the excess water.

Grab the stem of each strawberry and dip it into the melted chocolate. Set them on a sheet lined with parchment.

Leave the strawberries out to let the chocolate harden, or pop them in the fridge for around 20 minutes.

Chop the chocolate into pieces about an inch wide. Melt it in the microwave or in a bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
