Herb cottage cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the spread

01 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped dill
02 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley
03 - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
04 - 1 cup of cottage cheese
05 - A pinch of salt and pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped chives

# Instructions:

01 - Toss in some salt and pepper to match your taste, then stir it all nicely.
02 - Stir together the cottage cheese, parsley, chives, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl.
03 - Pop the spread into the fridge for around 10 minutes to let the flavors come together.

# Notes:

01 - This spread goes great with fresh veggie sticks like carrots or cucumbers, or even whole wheat crackers.
02 - For a smoother texture, you can give it a quick blend in a food processor.
