Chop your onion into tiny pieces, dice the potatoes into 1-2cm cubes, and mince the garlic. Remove seeds from the peppers and cut them into small bits.

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan or pot. Toss in the ground beef, breaking it apart into crumbles as it cooks.

Mix the onion into the browned beef, then stir in the tomato paste. Squeeze in the garlic and cook the mix for about 5 minutes.

Drop the potatoes, cut peppers, and your chosen spices into the pot. Give everything a toss for a couple of minutes so it's coated evenly.

Pour in the beef broth, put a lid on the pot, and let it gently simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning. If you'd like it thicker, stir in a mix of cornstarch and water. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve it warm.
