Turn your oven on and set it to 190ºC to preheat.

Take 3 bananas, peel them, and mash them thoroughly with a fork in a bowl.

In a big mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and yogurt (don’t toss the pot—it’ll be your measuring tool). Whisk in the eggs.

Pour in the coconut sugar, both flours, and baking powder. Stir it all up again until smooth.

Chop the dark chocolate roughly into pieces or use chocolate chips. Stir them into the batter.

Butter and flour your loaf pan. Pour the batter in, then place the last banana (sliced lengthwise) on top, cut-side facing up.

Pop the pan into the oven and bake for around 40 minutes. It’s done when a knife blade comes out clean.

Once it’s baked, remove it from the oven. Take it out of the pan and let it cool on a rack. It’s great warm or totally cooled down!
