Tasty Gyros Pita (Print Version)

01 - 4 pita breads
02 - 200g tzatziki sauce
03 - 200g coleslaw mix
04 - 400g gyro-style meat
05 - ½ cucumber
06 - 1 romaine lettuce
07 - 150g feta cheese
08 - 2 tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up the tomatoes and cucumber, shred the romaine lettuce into strips, and dice the feta into small cubes.
02 - Toss the meat into a super-hot pan to sear it or air fry it at 200 °C for about 10 to 12 minutes.
03 - Pop the breads in a preheated oven or air fryer for 3 minutes at 160 °C with the fan setting on.
04 - Split the breads open, spread on some tzatziki, and layer in the lettuce, coleslaw, gyro meat, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and crumbled feta.

# Notes:

01 - These loaded pitas are a classic Greek street snack. They're quick to whip up and super satisfying.
02 - Switch out gyro meat for grilled chicken, crispy falafel, or some sautéed veggies to change things up.
03 - For easier eating, wrap the filled pitas in aluminum foil or parchment paper.
