Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Print Version)

01 - 500 g chicken breast
02 - 3 cloves garlic
03 - 50 g grated parmesan cheese
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Skewers

# Instructions:

01 - Cut chicken into even-sized chunks.
02 - Peel and finely chop the garlic.
03 - Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, mixed herbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
04 - Toss chicken pieces in the mixture until fully coated. Cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
05 - Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
06 - Cook skewers on a hot grill or in a pan for about 10-12 minutes, turning often until golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Enjoy while hot with a side salad or grilled veggies.

# Notes:

01 - You can add veggie chunks like bell peppers or zucchini between chicken pieces on skewers.
02 - For oven cooking, bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
03 - Goes great with a yogurt-lemon sauce or homemade BBQ sauce.
