Mint Mojito Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Syrups and Liquids

01 - 15 cl sparkling water
02 - 6 cl Caribbean-style rum-flavored syrup
03 - 3 cl cane sugar

→ Fruits and Herbs

04 - 4 fresh mint leaves
05 - 1 lime

→ Ice

06 - 2 tablespoons crushed ice or 4 ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Pour in the syrup, and gently mash everything together using a muddler.
02 - Cut half the lime into slices and squeeze the other half into the glass. Toss everything in.
03 - Rinse the mint leaves and drop them in a glass.
04 - Add the crushed ice and pour the sparkling water. Stir lightly with a long spoon, and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - Best served immediately to keep the bubbles fresh.
02 - You can swap Caribbean syrup for lime syrup if you'd like.
