Fresh Fruit Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 200 g crushed cookies
02 - 100 g melted butter

→ Filling

03 - 300 g cream cheese
04 - 150 ml fresh cream
05 - 100 g powdered sugar
06 - Zest and juice from one lemon
07 - Fresh fruit for topping (strawberries, kiwis, blueberries)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together crushed cookies with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill while making the filling.
02 - Beat cream cheese with fresh cream, sugar, lemon zest and juice until you get a smooth mixture.
03 - Pour your cream mixture over the cookie base and smooth the top.
04 - Let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours, but overnight works best.
05 - Right before serving, decorate the top with sliced fresh fruit.
