Mix together crushed cookies with melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill while making the filling.

Beat cream cheese with fresh cream, sugar, lemon zest and juice until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour your cream mixture over the cookie base and smooth the top.

Let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours, but overnight works best.

Right before serving, decorate the top with sliced fresh fruit.
