Feta and mint wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack of brick pastry sheets (10 sheets)
02 - 200 g of crumbled feta cheese
03 - 20 g of grated Gruyère or another similar cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
06 - Ground black pepper
07 - Olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Mash the feta in a bowl using a fork until it crumbles evenly.
02 - Mix in the beaten egg, grated Gruyère, finely chopped mint leaves, and some black pepper to taste.
03 - Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil and stir everything well with the fork.
04 - Slice the pastry sheets in half lengthwise. Fold each piece into long strips, spoon some filling at the bottom, and fold into a triangular shape.
05 - Use a kitchen brush to coat the surface of each pastry with olive oil.
06 - Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the triangles on a sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
