Easy energy bites 4 steps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Mix

01 - 2 tablespoons of chocolate shavings
02 - 5 tablespoons of peanut butter
03 - 2 tablespoons of honey
04 - 8 tablespoons of rolled oats

→ Optional Coating

05 - Raw cocoa powder
06 - Coconut flakes
07 - Seeds (flax, hemp, chia)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until the texture is smooth and consistent.
02 - Cover the bowl and stick it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
03 - Roll the mixture into little balls, around the size of a ping-pong ball.
04 - Dip the balls in your pick of coating: cocoa, coconut flakes, or seeds.
